Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the XY Ptcg website and your purchases from it. By browsing the store or placing an order you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

This store is operated by XY Ptcg, registered at China. You can reach us at zhhnk123@163.com.

2. Products and availability

We sell authentic trading card game products, including factory-sealed booster boxes, displays and collections. All products are subject to availability. Because stock is limited and often allocated, we may need to cancel or adjust an order if an item sells out or fails our authenticity check after purchase. If that happens we will contact you and issue a full refund for the affected item.

3. Pricing and currency

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of shipping and any import duties or taxes. The currency switcher on this site shows estimated prices in other currencies for convenience only; checkout is always settled in USD. Exchange rate estimates are not binding and your bank may apply its own rate or fees.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If an obvious error is found on an order, we will contact you before shipping to confirm or cancel at the corrected price.

4. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch by email. We may refuse or cancel an order where we suspect fraud, where stock is unavailable, or where the shipping address cannot be verified.

5. Payment

We accept PayPal, and invoice or bank transfer for eligible orders. Payments are processed by third-party providers; we do not store full card details. For invoice orders, goods are dispatched once funds have cleared unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Shipping, duties and risk

Shipping timelines and rates are described on our Shipping & Returns page. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Import duties, VAT and customs charges levied on international orders are the recipient's responsibility. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier, though we will always assist with courier claims for lost or damaged parcels.

7. Returns and refunds

Returns are handled in line with our Shipping & Returns policy. In summary, unopened sealed product in its original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Opened product and damaged-out cases cannot be returned unless faulty or not as described.

8. Authenticity

Every item is inspected for authenticity and resealing before listing. Our condition descriptions are good-faith assessments, not guarantees of third-party grading outcomes. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any card manufacturer or grading company.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this site, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, scraping it at a volume that degrades service, placing fraudulent orders, or using it for unlawful purposes.

10. Intellectual property

All site content, branding and photography are owned by us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. Third-party product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe the goods we sell.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time you place an order governs that order. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict of law rules. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence still apply where they cannot be waived.

14. 交易服务规则（中文）

交易市场是玩家之间的二手卡牌撮合服务。挂单由你自行发布，平台不做售前审核，卖家应保证对卡牌有合法处分权，并对卡名、版本、语言、品相、评级等描述的真实与完整负责。

买家下单后付款给平台，钱款由平台托管；卖家按约定发货，买家确认收货，或超过自动确认收货期限未提出异议后，平台扣除服务费，把余款放款至卖家绑定的支付宝账号。

平台按成交额（含运费）收取服务费，目前费率为 1%，具体以交易页面展示为准。费率如有调整，我们会在本页面公示并提前告知。

买家在卖家发货前可以取消订单，已托管的钱款原路退回；卖家发货后如需退款，需与卖家协商或申请平台介入。

平台提供资金托管与争议协助，但不为交易标的提供质量担保。卡牌真伪、品相与描述是否相符，以双方约定和实物为准。

15. 禁止交易品类（中文）

为符合法律法规与小程序平台规则，禁止在本平台上架或交易以下品类：

• 伪造、变造或侵犯他人知识产权的卡牌及周边，包括未经授权的仿制卡、盗印卡；
• 法律法规禁止流通的物品，包括但不限于枪支弹药、管制刀具、毒品、易燃易爆物品等；
• 含色情、暴力、赌博、封建迷信内容，或违背公序良俗的物品；
• 活体动物、食品、药品、医疗器械等与卡牌收藏无关的品类；
• 来源不明、涉嫌盗抢的卡牌或其他财物；
• 平台认为存在合规风险的其他品类。

16. 争议处理规则（中文）

买家在确认收货前，如认为未收到货、卡牌与描述不符或存在破损，可以发起协商，该笔订单的钱款会暂停放款。

平台会依据双方提供的材料（挂单描述、聊天与交易记录、快递单号、开箱视频等）作出判断，处理方式包括继续履行、部分退款、全额退款等。请在争议发生后及时提供证据；逾期未提供或证据不足的，平台有权按现有材料判断。

平台仅就托管流程与资金处理作出判断，不替代司法机关对交易纠纷的认定。如你对其处理结果不认可，可以依法通过其他途径解决。

对涉嫌欺诈、恶意退款、虚假发货、出售禁止交易品类等行为的账号，平台有权限制或终止其交易功能。

17. 送评服务条款（中文）

送评是平台提供的代送评级协助服务：你在小程序或本网站登记送评意向，平台核对档位、当期价目与时效后向你报价，你确认并寄出卡牌后，由平台统一送交评级机构。

预约登记不收费，也不构成服务合同的成立。在你确认报价与寄卡地址之前，请勿寄出卡牌；平台未收到卡牌前，你可以在小程序或本网站撤回预约。

评级费用、时效与封装标准均由评级机构确定并可能随时调整，平台仅做转达与代收代付，不对评级机构的服务结果承担责任。评级结果由评级机构独立作出，平台不对分数、等级或封装结果作出任何承诺或担保。

风险分担：你寄往平台的途中风险由你承担，建议保价并保留运单与寄件留证；平台签收后至返还给你签收前的风险由平台承担；返还途中自你签收后风险由你承担。

申报价值由你自行填写，用于评级机构受理与保价参考。若申报价值明显低于卡牌实际价值，可能导致机构受理受限或赔付不足，相应后果由你承担。

送评周期通常较长，具体以评级机构当期公告为准。对疑似仿制卡或来源不合法的卡牌，平台有权拒绝送评并退回。

18. 原盒限售与卖家保证金规则（中文）

原盒类产品（包括未拆封、已拆封的原封盒装产品）仅由官方账号出售。为统一货源与验货标准，普通用户不得自行上架原盒；如你希望通过本平台出售原盒，请提交「原盒代卖预约」，填写盒装产品、盒况、数量与期望价，平台会与你联系、线下或线上验货并报价，报价经你确认后由官方账号统一上架销售，成交后按约定与你结算。代卖预约不收费，也不构成任何承诺；在你接受报价之前，平台不会上架你的盒子。

除原盒以外的卡牌（裸卡与评级卡）可以由用户自由挂售，挂售由卖家自行发布并对卡名、版本、语言、品相、评级等描述的真实与完整负责。

为担保卖家履约，用户挂售卡牌前须在账户中缴纳卖家保证金。保证金起步金额为 ¥1,000，并随月度交易规模递增，按上一个自然月已结算成交额确定档位：成交额 1 万元以下 → ¥1,000；1 万元至 5 万元 → ¥3,000；5 万元至 20 万元 → ¥1 万；20 万元及以上 → ¥5 万。具体档位与应缴金额以账户「卖家保证金」页面展示为准。

保证金通过「充值申请 + 官方确认到账」的方式入账：你提交充值申请后，平台在款项实际到账后予以确认，只有已确认的金额计入保证金余额，待确认状态不计入。当保证金余额低于当前档位应缴金额时，新的挂单无法上架；补足并确认到账后即可正常上架。

保证金不是商品价款，也不是预付消费，仅用于担保你在交易中的履约义务（如按描述发货、配合争议处理等）。当你的账户关闭、且名下交易均已完结、无进行中的订单与争议时，可以申请全额退还保证金，平台在核实后原路退回。

官方账号以官方身份出售原盒，无需缴纳保证金，也不适用上述分档要求。本规则自公布之日起施行，仅适用于施行之后新发布的挂单，此前已发布且仍在线上的挂单不受影响；平台如调整档位或规则，将在本页面公示。
